--International buyers--
 
We will ship most items to most countries depending on weight, destination and type of products involved. Most international orders under 2Kg in actual weight are shipped by registered post.
 
Orders over 2Kg in actual weight will be priced for delivery charges according to actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is greater, hereon referred to as overall weight. We ship by international couriers such as DHL and other consolidation carriers, the type of courier used depends on the destination and overall weight of the order.
 
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or delivery charges. These import charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

--Your Rights--
 
As per the Distance Selling and e-Commerce Regulations applicable to UK and EU sales, you have the right to cancel your order as long as you let us know within 14 working days, which is the cooling off period. Please let us know by using the messaging email service as soon as possible, in any event within 14 working days, the unwanted product(s) must be unopened, unused in original condition and your message should be clearly worded stating that you wish to cancel. It is your right to receive a full refund within 30 days of the notice of cancellation, your cancellation must be in writing using the messaging email service. If you cancel, you must return all the products in the order including any gifts that you receive with your order.
 
Any business to business transactions, sale by auction and perishable goods are excluded from these cancellation rights.
 
 
 
--Failed Deliveries & Losses--
 
Royal Mail will normally attempt UK deliveries within 3 to 5 working days of despatch and they can take upto 2 weeks to deliver. The postman would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.
 
The delivery courier will normally attempt delivery within 1 to 3 working days of despatch, if you do not receive your order within this time frame, please send us a message and we will look into this. The delivery courier will normally email you to let you know when they have your package and they would leave you a while you were out card if you are not in when the delivery is attempted.
 
If your order is received back by us for the reasons Unclaimed, Not Called For, Incorrect or Incomplete Address, Addressee Gone Away then we will issue a refund less the delivery charges incurred in sending the original package to you as soon as possible, nevertheless, within 30 days of the date of receipt of your returned package.
 
Should a package be lost or damaged by the carrier, you agree to fully co-operate to help us to recover any costs from the carrier in relation to your order. If your order is lost or damaged, we will make necessary enquiries with the carrier involved, in our enquires, we may ask you to complete an electronic and or paper claim form and or any documentation requirements from the carrier. If you fail to co-operate, we reserve the right to take necessary action to recover costs from you.

    A real gem

    I purchased this product as my plate was cracked across by over 70%. I mixed the first batch (after leaving the sachet in the freezer for half and hour as recommended) and applied it to about 30% of the crack on the top of my plate. Then, as instructed, i left it for 5 mins and removed any excess then put the plate in hot water for 10 mins. All worked well. The next day i mixed another batch and applied it to the tongue side of my plate, this time covering about 70% of the crack and making sure i put plenty on and smoothing it with a wet finger. I then followed the curing instructions and it made a really solid repair which has lasted 3 weeks to date. I expect it to last a lot, lot longer as it is so good.     Dentemp repair kit

    I have used this product to repair a set of dentures, while the repair initially looked great and I was extremely pleased with the result, over the course of a month the repair has started to separate from the denture. If you were to use it purely as it's described, "a temporary repair" then it does the job. It's easy to use just follow the instructions. Use in a well ventilated room and try not to breath in the fumes. To be fair, I used it to add a tooth to a set of partial dentures following the extraction of my natural tooth. As I said, the result was very good and the repair looked professional. For me it's not a problem as I will be getting a brand new denture in a few weeks time after the gum settles down, but in the mean time I wanted to avoid a gap in the denture.

    Sticking a tooth back on to a denture

    A tooth came of my denture, as the repair-kit is very reasonably priced I thought I would give it a try but did not really hold out much hope of a successful repair. The kit proved to be very easy to use and the instructions very simple to understand. So far the repair is very successful and shows no sign of coming unstuck. This small outlay has saved me a lot of money.

    Good for light repairs

    Used the kit to refit a tooth that had broken away from a denture. So far it has lasted 2 weeks. A professional repair cost £40 and lasted less than 3 weeks, so the repair kit, at the moment, is looking like better value for money.

    Tried once, worked well.

    I used this on a full upper denture, broken in two halves. If you very carefully follow the instructions it works well. Denture is still intact and comfortable after 7 weeks.
