Oops, I made a good mistake !
Good quality oil at a fair price. Just be careful - I (wrongly) assumed the 10 in the name meant "10 SAE". It doesnt ! Having looked at Fuchs' website, it gives full spec which includes an ISO viscosity which if you Google a conversion chart, you end up with 20 SAE. Fortunately, I was contemplating using a heavier oil as I am well above average weight and also carry a pillion, so this made that decsion for me. Purchased on recommendation.
Changing fork oil phoned dealer and advised Silkolene was a good reputable product; purchased as best price. I can not recommend as I believe it's down to personal choice and persons own requirements. Cost wise fine. My only recommendation is don't go cheap; quality is key.

Racing suspension fluid
Works great, was going to use RSF 5 but glad i didn't as this is standard for my bike. Cleaning the internals & using this fluid made the forks behave like new.
