Item did not arrive and seller first said it might be stuck in customs. I agrred to wait but finally I had to go to Ebay when the tracking claimed it had been placed in my letter box while I was at home and no item was left. Case was first closed with the following statement "We received tracking information from the seller that shows the item was delivered to your address or will be arriving shortly." It cannot be both. On appeal Ebay looked again at this statement and made a refund.

It would have been an excellent purchasing experience but I misread the description which was in itself exhaustive. Only the photo did not correspond to the actual model of power supply that I received. Due to my mistake I asked for a return and everything was done with patience and courtesy.
