We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage charges) if you are at all dissatisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 30 days of receipt.     Well made and a Good price.

    Cant state its performance as due to the rain my ponds are quite full.The product is a well made one not flimsy but solid. Just what I need as my ponds in the SUMMER need topping up and im never sure what it does to the water the fish or the filtration system due to the stuff they put in the tap water.At the present time the ponds are overflowing so it will be a while before I use this but have total faith in it.

    Absolute bargain!

    Does exactly what a carbon filter is supposed to. Easy to set up using hoselock connectors, just follow the instructions about flushing then letting it stand and you'll be golden.

    Amazed

    Heard off this but was skeptical . Anyways I’ve bought this for aquaruim use as it removes Clorane and other things . used this now on 10 water changes with out stress coat and had no loss of fish very happy with item and saved me money in long run 5 star from me
