I like the resistance loop bands. It's good quality & nice & convenient to bring on trips.

These bands have much lower resistance than the numbers in the sellers description. The green band is about 2-3 lbs. and the others scale accordingly. I have used them a few times and they haven't broken yet, but I need all 4 together to get anything near the resistance advertised by the seller.

I am not a big fan of these. I've only had them not even two months and the red one is starting to rip already. I do use it A LOT i mean A LOT!!! But its starting to stretch out and with the tear its getting I am just not happy with them. I just ordered another brand so I hope they work out better for me. If your not going to heavily use these then they should work for you :)
