    I ordered to these cake toppers they were nice a bright and made well but unfortunately they weren’t big enough for what I wanted so I returned them in the same packaging etc that they came in but was only given a refund for one, I have tried to contact seller to ask why but they don’t seem to reply shame really as they do offer a refund service so not really very happy about it so only 3 stars for product and lost 2 for customer service

    Oh were to start? You initially ordered then cancelled the order. Then set at least 9 emails asking for this and that. New order made (Personalised), then order was produced and sent. Then you decided they were the wrong size. And I have to foot the bill? YOU ARE BANNED – Minus 5 stars as a customer.
