Dimmer - Good for LED lights.
Bought this as a replacement for another dimmer (bought from another supplier that was also supplied as suitable for LED lights!) This one is totally different and works well with light (LED) loads. Only downside with the unit is there's no adjustment for the 'low' level. This unit doesn't vary from 0% to 100% (more like 30% to 100%). I bought this dimmer switch to replace a near identical one which we use to control our landing light. The idea being that we can have the light on really low as a night life if we have visitors. The on-off of the previous switch had stopped working smoothly. This switch is of similiar quality and looks identical. However, the previous dimmer dims from 0 to 100 in terms of the brightness of the light. This switch dims from 25 to 100; so will not reduce the light beyond a low but very noticeable glow. It's a dimmer switch
This is a push-toggle switch rather than a turn-past-dim-to-turn-off type (which isn't in the description, so maybe it's random). Dimming is smooth, not stepped. Easy to fit, and came with screw caps to keep it looking neat.

Dimmer switch is very smooth in operation, if your not sure a simple wiring drawing would help. Also LED switches need a deeper box in the wall something you need to know be for fitting , all in all a good switch and good value.

Great value LED “on-off” push switch
I’ve just ordered two more. This switch is used on 6 LED 4.5w spotlights, which are way too harsh in a bedroom. When wiring up the new switch I needed to take off a extra 1/4” of cable sleeving on the cables as they go in deeper than on the old switch. Push the button to turn lights on or off and turn the button to select level of dimness. It goes from 100% to about 30% dimness and no lower, so you won’t be able to have very dim lights.
