This is an excellent unit. Its components enable me to use all of my audio media resources (LP, tapes, CD's) without switching from one set to another. The quality is great and the unit looks good in my living room. One minor problem, which I fixed - the FM antenna is small and unobtrusive, but I needed a larger one to effectively receive FM on the radio (due to my location, not TEAC's fault). I would recommend this set to anyone.

My TEAC MC-D800 is an excellent audio system. The turntable speed is right on. Was worried after reading the reviews of others who had problems, but my 45's and 33 1/3's play at the correct speed. You will like the sound from the 10 watt speakers. Also, you can adjust the volume, bass and treble from the remote control. There is a USB port for flash drives. I was missing the two hinges for the turntable cover. Had no problem getting them. Emailed the eBay vendor and TEAC's Parts Department. Great customer service. Very happy with my TEAC Audio System.

Sounds is very good and my husband has been wanting a turntable ever since he bought some records at his news stand. He is enjoying the bluetooth and radio feature until we get back up north to where the records are. LOL

This has it all! If your on a budget, this will work great. TEAC has been around a long time, so I knew I couldn't go wrong. What got me with this system was that it is Bluetooth tooth compatible. Easy set and sync up. The remote comes with features where you adjust the bass and treble. Speakers sound awesome for their size. My son was not sure at first but he is very happy with it. USB on the turntable to connect to your computer! Very modern. Highly recommend it!

I got more than I paid for. I would recommend going for the cherry finish. It is lovely. The setup is actually better looking in real life than in the picture. It is somewhat simple. I freaked for a bit, I didn't want to screw it up. But it all came together easily. The transportation screw was hard to understand. The instruction on the paper that was in the record player said loosen instead of tighten. I am definitely happy I decided on this one instead of another one. I can play records, cd's and listen to the radio. I don't use bluetooth. As for record sound quality, I didn't say to myself, my god this is amazing. But I did say, this is pretty good. I got the lower watt speakers, because it was cheaper, I don't believe I need the higher watts. Did I say it came together easily? well it did. It looks lovely, when on a piece of furniture made of real wood. The remote control works just fine. Altogether, the question being, would I buy it again? Yes, definitely.Read full review
