This is a great kit. Although the instructions are not as clear cut compared to previous kits I have had before. Took a bit of time to check if all pieces where there. I was short chimney pots and glazing. Contacted Gary who said he would pop them in the post. I'm still waiting for the bits, but I'm sure they will arrive soon. Can't wait to start and build, but will wait to I have received missing components first ��

This is the worst dolls house I’ve made, very poor quality wood. I have made numerous houses over the years and expected this to be of some quality for the price.Much remedial work had to be done for it to fit together. I do not recommend this, it is overpriced and badly thought out. Plus joints do not marry up well and there are gaps .

All our houses are made in batches, on a CNC machine, so each one is machined the same way, no other customer has had a problem, So the problem must be you. We ship these worldwide, so we know that there is no problem with the kits.

good kit but very heavy
only made the outer, sickness stopped further build, but what i have done fitted well, havnt relied only on glue, used 4 rht angle brackets, side to floor, &4 side to roof, hope this will be of help to future builders, really does make it firmer & easier to handle. get it, all the pieces of the kit, seam to be of the same quality as the outer. A very good kit. Note it is very heavy, & comes in 2 HEAVY parcels. Great house, well made. Can’t think of any downsides to it. Rooms are a good size and you don’t need to be an expert to put it together. This is a large dolls house, you need lots of space to put it together and also to display it when finished

Very disappointing
Not worth the money! not only did mine come through battered but the instructions aren’t good enough, the screws were to big and you could have least supplied some glue for it! The fence on the front is way to thin that came through broken also I definitely would not recommend this!
