Bought refurbished, saved a bunch of money. The only thing that was missing out of the box was the cool sticker for my collection... Hint.... Hint.... The hook up was simple, very simple. Then there was the issue of setting it up through X-BoxOne and getting it to record party or chat audio. Elgato does have a YouTube channel you can go to where they explain how to do it for Playstation and Xbox. Pay attention to the DATES of the videos while you are looking for the info as Xbox and Playstation work with Elgato to make the interface as seemless as possible. I love this thing, came to me looking brandnew with all the wires and works as advertised. Great price for refurbished almost half than brand new. I will buy from these guys again.

The Elgato Game Capture HD60-S is a good product with good features and additional tools (hardware and software) to make the product even better. Yet, I do find the product (at the moment) seems to cater more toward Windows users. Still, I'm sure there are a lot of processes for me to learn to have a better understanding of the product.
