Seller shipped the item with the packing torn open and items missing. It was clearly hand torn open so this isn't anything that could have happened in shipping. They knowingly shipped it that way. Contacted the seller first sending pictures ... no response. Started an Ebay Refund ... no response. Finally eBay automatically refunded several weeks later after no response from the seller. Ebay doesn't need sellers like this.
