      Great product

      The Rock Tape works well adhering to the skin, stretching etc so you don't really notice wearing it. The first time I tried tne tape it peeled off after only two days, which was much less than one a physiotherapist had applied. However, on trying it a second time it remains firm after several days and hasn't come loose after showers. Additionally it doesn't irratate the skin and leaves no residue when it's removed - unlike plasters.
