Ordering and delivery was trouble free, I did pay to use express delivery, and it was earlier delivered than expected. I consider it good value for money, and just what I was looking for. There was a a bizarre problem when Royal Mail tracking showed it as having been delivered yesterday, with a photo showing a tiny white envelope, obviously not my parcel, being pushed through a door that isn't even in my street, but Lynn was straight onto it this morning and sent the changed tracking (same number, but now saying due for delivery today) and it arrived by the early post van.
