Effectively, you need to remove battery, fan, speakers, I/O board, heat sink, and system board. Dell still has the manual online, so you're not flying solo. Back up the BIOS beforehand, as you'll need to remove the internal battery too, and perhaps buy some tape as you might need to replace the existing one. A can of compressed air also helps, and of course tools.
