Bed was nowhere near new! as we were putting it together we kept coming across more & more damage. Wood chips, paint scratches etc. The bed arrived nearly 2 weeks late so had no choice but to keep the bed as our children were on the floor! Was given a 10% refund which was more of a kick in the teeth tbh. Maybe if you don’t buy the white bed it won’t be in such a bad state but I won’t ever buy from this seller again. I’m certain they sent me a returned faulty item and passed it off as new!

Bed was dispatched with no updates. Arrived with 4 main parts of bed with no holes drilled in correct place. Took 1 week for replacement parts. Waited in all day, they only sent 2 parts with had bashes, chips and scuffs all over them and exactly the same incorrect pieces. Requested refund and pick up. Was told collection between 9 am - 6pm yesterday. Partner took a day off work. No one arrived. Horrendous Service

The seller was extremely helpful telling us when things were dispatched and when they would arrive. There were 2 plastic feet missing out the package and seller got them in the post straight away. This is an absolute bargain considering they fetch over £2000 in the shops. I highly recommend this seller and you will not be disappointed. We are very pleased with our purchase.😊
