Single layer so the addition of a sheet or 2 of Aluminium/SS for a diffuser should work for higher heat and can be used for other pans. The handles aren't riveted through the barrel so potential full usage but fingers crossed strongly welded. Time will tell. It does have some sharp-ish edges round the rims but wet and dry can hopefully sort that if an issue. Will need a clean as some machine oil. Bonus upgraded postage to :)

My only negative, and it’s only small, is that the 2 bottles were wrapped separately and then put in a 3rd bag. In these days were we are attempting to reduce plastic wrapping, surely the 2 bottles could be put together in one bag, and posted, cutting it from 3 to 1, they are sold in pairs and they can’t damage each other in transit?
