5⭐ After an initial mix up over my 1st oder I was refunded with no explanation. However after mssg seller and expressing my annoyance they apologised as item was out of stock. They went above and beyond sending me a free pack of strings which arrived next day as too did my subsequent order after selecting a lower gauge string.
