An atrocious experience. I asked for a quick dispatch with over a week to go for the event and offered to pay 1st class I asked if they could do that - no communication received back took my money though trousers turned up 3 days after the event and one hem is completely wrecked so I wouldn’t have been able to wear them even if they had arrived. What they should have done is say sorry we can’t dispatch that quickly (7days) and refunded me. But No- so my few pounds bought them negative feedback
