Not very happy with your delivery company - Yodel, it arrived today after three times they tried to delivery, on Monday 750 yards away from the house and then decided to try next day and then next day. You say you use Evri but it came via Yodel.
I message the sellers and just got a standard reply and did not address any of comments and concerns so it seems you do care about customer care. I contact them again and got a standard reply again. I would not use them again.
