Not a good item received but pisses water from the seal wear it screws on messaged the seller and nothing done about it apart from asking for evidence and pictures as if people got time for all that carry on don’t buy

You conveniently had time to leave a review but couldn't manage to send us photos of the supposedly damaged filter. Are you merely hoping to score a replacement by claiming it's faulty without evidence? Why withhold the damaged item if it's indeed flawed? Perhaps you're just a common scammer? And regarding that screw, follow the instructions—it's an air release valve, genius!

This is what happens when you try to play plumber without a clue. Thanks for the snapshot, where it's crystal clear you've butchered the threads on the filter housing and are now attempting to pin the blame on us. To scammers, we say a firm 'nope'.
