The necklace is very light weight. The necklace has no clasp, just pointy rings awkwardly bent and inserted inside the ending ring. I couldn't get it to insert in the ending ring when I tried to put it on. It is also quite large. It is exactly 18.5 inches; HOWEVER, with the rings being extra big it is definitely a CHOKER and I will have to add a clasp myself. Actually, I'm not fond of chokers and I'm probably never going to wear it.
