had an issue with the back zipper as the zipper pull was missing so no way to open it but seller had great communication and made it right offering me a choice to return it and shipping would be returned or keeping it and receiving a partial refund. i opted for the later rather than send it back. Great communication and I’ve bought 4 other items from this seller without issues. This was a fluke and seller made it right, Would do business with this seller again. A+++++

(this was a drunk-purchase that I made and completely forgot about until it was delivered... not the sellers fault). BUT.... all things being equal, I've got zero complaints about the satchel itself. Solid construction. Sturdy sewn seems. The 'aged' prep on the leather it was made from is a really nice touch and gives it a "worn" & well used patina. A+ item. A+ price. A+ packaging & shipping.
