Payment and Postage Terms and Conditions
 
We accept Paypal Only. Card payments over the phone are not permitted. We must have the customers telephone number should any problem occur during the transportation of your goods. We cannot continue with the transaction unless the customers postal address and contact telephone number are provided. If this is not possible then we will cancel the transaction and end communication.
 
All orders upto £75 will be posted out the same working day if goods are purchased before 1:00pm. The service we use will be Royalmail 48 (2nd Class Service). This service takes roughly 2-3 working days.
You have the option to pay extra and have the delivery made sooner via courier. This is charged at £9.95 and sent via DPD Local (24hr Service). This service requires a signature on delivery, if the customer is not available a card will be left for them to either collect from their local sorting office, or to have the delivery re-arranged for another time.

    Expect the clip will break

    This is my second try with this tool. With the first, it arrived with the black clip broken. Having seen the comments on the internet, I expect the second will break too. Otherwise a useful little tool. I like it - except for the breaking clips.

    Poor Makita Product

    The clip that holds the ratchet broke first time i used it, it is made of plastic, not a great idea, should be made of metal, come on Makita listen and improve this item now.

    Makita mini rachet screwdriver set.

    An excellent pocket sized ratchet screwdriver set. The metal parts of the set fit closely and interchange beautifully, the mini ratchet is especially well made and oozes quality. The bits and ratchet extension fit snuggly into the plastic handle and are not liable to fall out in the pocket or tool box. The handle is also quite a masterly design but needs to be examined by the new buyer before he starts pulling too hard to get the pieces out. Overall, a good bit of kit of high quality!

    Would have been brilliant

    Big problem on arrival unit was broken in transit, still a great tool but the belt holder aspect of it, I never got to use. The ratchet was never fixed in the holder, but it's great quality.
