Perfect steak every time
We bought one of these units for our son last Christmas to use on his smoker. He tested on a couple of chickens first. They were perfect so moist. We just used the standard settings. Next was salmon steaks he just took them out of the smoker as the alarm indicated they were cooked 5 perfect salmon steaks. We were so impressed I bought one for us. Cooked steaks on our BBQ last week. All were perfectly cooked The App sincs very easily to your phone with one press of the screen button.
