    Dress was listed a NWOT (new without tags). Nope. Item had to have been worn, is smelled of perfume. My wife had to wash before she could wear it. Bought on the 9th, seller finally shipped on the 14th. 5 days handling time????

    The dress had never been worn. The perfume you smelled was because the dress was stored next to scented dryer sheets. Finally, there was a longer handling time because I was ill. Thanks for the feedback.
