Fan housing wouldn't slot into fan shroud, in the struggle to try to fit the fan in, one of the fan housing lugs snapped off! Fortunately the fan fitted into the old housing fine and works great. Btw, I'm no novice, I've been a car mechanic for 26yrs!

AC Fan for Audi A4
Fan fitted into car perfectly. Would have given 5 stars but the plug was wrong type for my car. Cut half off the plug of the fan unit I had to keep car standard and joined to new cable with terminal block. Possibly could have sent back but would have had to wait another week. Before you buy send pics/dimensions of old fan and a picture of the electrical connector. I forgot to send a pic of the electrical connector. But fan is working ok.
