Good for trainers not for shoes
Comfortable. Not for shoes as my foot is too high at the back but perfect for trainers as the foot is strapped in!! They are very light and feel cheap but do the job well and support the heels.

They do work
I didn't bother to cut the size down but used the spare as a heel cushion. I think the issue is more me than the product. I wear thick woollen socks and hence probably produce more foot sweat in my slippers than even these can take. I can't be negative about a product which otherwise in normal wear conditions would be satisfactory. If they were a little more robust they might last longer in slippers The good thing,however, is that the anti-odour feature really does work so on that basis I can recommend the product.I didn't bother to cut the size down but used the spare as a heel cushion. Pain relief perfect.
My feet have less pain using these quick delivery and easy to use. bur if you transfer them to other shoes they ten to fall apart i have purchased more so i do not transfer moral is true ,you get what you pay for But i recommend them as they give a lot of pain relief. I would purchase again because the price you pay they are excellent.

Good value, though wore out quite quickly with my loafing great feet.
These insoles significantly reduced my foot odour, but they wore down rather quickly. I tend to walk frequently and my pace is quite fast, and insoles don't last very long. Fortunately, it's a twin-pack. Cutting the insoles to fit is an easy procedure.
