Having received item I found that the slate roof was broken on one corner, So a quick phone call to a lovely lady, and they offered to replace the whole item or just the one slate roof. I agreed on just the slate which was promptly dispatched and it arrived very well packed in perfect condition, pre drilled for us to screw on, Thank you for such an easy solution and quick service, would highly recommend this company.

When ordering this bird table I thought £250 was probably overpriced however when received it was a solid/well built table and we are very pleased with it. The Seller shipped it quickly, well packaged and by pallet which was included in the overall price (I’m guessing a considerable amount of money from the purchase price) . So, it’s a 10/10 for the bird table/shipping and the service from the Seller. Thank You. Would happily recommend the Rosedale Bird Table from this particular Seller 👍

    Tom Chambers Grand Bird feeding station

    Lovely and thick metal, the small stabilising foot was very tight to fit over the pole, and has scored the pole so it needs to be repainted. This has to go over the top of the first pole first as the bottom is to wide. Apart from that is looks great. I haven’t put it out yet, as I am waiting for the paint

    Badly finished off and not worth the money.

    The first one arrived and could not be put together without scratching the pole because the metal on each of the fitments was so poorly finished off. I obtained a replacement but it was just as badly finished off and so my husband had to file all the rough bits off the inside of each fitment before sliding them onto the pole. He cut his hand twice on the rough metal. It had obviously been done by the metal cutter used in production. The Bird Station was not cheap and so I would not ever recommend this to anyone. Where it has been filed will most probably now rust much sooner. Definitely not worth paying this price for and would not trust another of Tom Chambers make to be any different.

    Top quality Station.

    A really great ARRAY of bird feeding “hooks” on which to hang Feeders of all shapes and sizes. I’m really impressed with the versatility of this Station. The thick paint finish will certainly give protection against all weathers.

    Very sturdy

    If like me you live in an exposed and windy location then this is the feeder for you. It even stood up to storm Doris needing only a slight correction back into the upright position following it. It's a pity the mesh tray isn't easily removable for cleaning but other than that l cannot fault it.

    Good quality looks great in the garden bit expensive setting it up with the copper top bird feeders but well worth it put a 14kg parasol base on it stands well even in the wind.
