    Bad experience with simpli safe

    I fried my original base station and found a brand new one with a good price, this person was so helpful assumes told me if I can't work with simpli safe I could return it, ir wouldn't be fair to him so im keeping it and I have 2 days off and going to get help somehow, the issue was I bought it on ebay which was his way of saying I don't know my job so I'll blame that.

    Do not buy gen 1 or 2 base stations. Simplysafe doesnt use them anymore

    Bougjt for new house that previous owners took base station with them. Components not compatible with new base station so ordered this.Did not realize that simplysafe no longer supports this so wasted my money. Good news simplysafe sending new components free

    The most important component.

    Just like my original. The unit went and needed to replace it. This is the most important component to the system. Buy a backup if you don't have one. Or you will be with your security for until you get it.
