Items where the delivery is quoted as 'free' applies to Mainland UK only on Heavy and bulky items, where the use of a courier is needed areas that will be charged an additional surcharge are Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.

Livestock deliveries will be made via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This is a special service which is designed to ensure that your corals and livestock arrives to you just as it left us, healthy and happy. We use food standard insulated boxes, we also add heat packs to your box when the weather is colder.

Although we make every effort to ensure the well being of our corals and livestock during transportation, fatalities can occasionally happen. If any coral or livestock is found to be dead on arrival please inform us immediately, but not later than 4 hours after receiving the package. Any longer than this and we will be unable to offer you a replacement or credit. Please note the following conditions:-

1/ We will need photographic evidence of the coral or livestock that arrives DOA in the original unopened bag.

2/ Our Live Arrival Guarantee does not cover the shipping cost and a full credit of the coral(s) ONLY will be offered towards a future purchase or coral(s) or mobile inverts but credit cannot be used toward the shipping/delivery charge. If we have a like for like replacement available you would need to pay for shipping on any coral exchanges.

3/ We do NOT offer any alive guarantee for items shipped OUTSIDE of mainland UK, all orders posted or shipped outside of mainland UK are shipped at the buyers risk. This includes Northern Ireland.

No more fast food
Used this to deter the cat and the Heron that prefer my take away ( sorry pond) Would really like stronger stakes & better instructions to finally connecting for the power. works brilliant I can vouch it packs a punch lol got me a couple of times after rain. My fault ,I hasten to add . Forgot and went to weed the pond without switching it off. Doesn’t spoil the view of the pond Excellent piece of kit Buy one ,worth it’s weight in gold I strung across the pond as well as around the sides. Buzzard has been eyeing it up now . Hedgehog still shuffled underneath and gets a drink . Dog got one hit and hasn’t ever tried again . The Fisher king cat was a little more persistent and got three zaps in the same day . Never seen again Doesn’t inhibit dragonflies,moths,bees etc from dipping ... Keeps pond secure. The appearance is good and still easy to feed fish without getting close to the wire. Instruction book could be improved on giving the AMPS instead of not even referring to it at all. It is important to give that information.

Heron scarer
Too early to tell if it is working but the heron hasn’t returned. Only gives a slight shock which is good as we have two cats which don’t go after the fish. I found the connectors not much good so had to use electricians ones.

Gave the cat a shock
First night after installing, a cat came fishing and had a nasty surprise, so much so that in his haste to get away he went through a planter with sweet pea trellis. Flattened that but has not been seen since😁😁
