You did everything RIGHT. However, USPS failed miserably. I invite everyone to run this tracking number 9400109105465019731186. I will also say that USPS removed the first mess up where after it first arrived in Shreveport, La it was shipped to I believe Provencal, La. which is 2 hours from the distribution center in Shreveport. There has also misdirection removed where the package made a stop in Hughes Springs, Texas. On their message as to WHY the item was delayed it was my fault.
