Unwanted Items – Returns
 
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of the watch, and is automatically lost if the watch is opened by non-qualified or unauthorised people. Straps, glass and batteries are not covered under the guarantee. All other products: are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade) from the invoice date. We do not give cash refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item of equal or greater specification. In order to process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice, which will act as your receipt of purchase.You will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law.
 
The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
 
The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
 
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
 
Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination.
 
This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.

    Appear OK at first glance.........

    The "yes" answers and 3-star are based on scrutiny as I've not actually had the chance to use any of the blades yet ! Beware that this "10-blade" set is actually 2 sets of 5 (and then there are only 4 different blades as there are 4 similar "wood" blades in the 10, but having said that the selection would cover most requirements. I hope that they are properly hardened.

    Don't buy

    I have had these blades recently. I've only used one of the Wood Cutting blades but have sawn a lot of wood with it, it still seems to be cutting well, so if the other blades perform as well I'd suggest they are a good buy. Later the metal cutting Blades are terrible, only lasted a few minutes, I couldn't recommend this purchase

    Mixed?

    When opening the packaging there were two blades with a bad bend in them which seem to be permanent and hard to straighten but they seem to work okay so you could say that they are reasonable for the price have not used them much so can not comment on the quality
