Very robust and well made FOR THE MONEY..... that’s the key bit. Your not going to get something for serious bodybuilding, it’s just not made for it..... and you would need to but the ones that are 3x the price. The upright arms to allow bench press are narrow (to save space I guess) but that means you have to use the ingenious clip that holds the bar temporarily on the arm while you load the plates on each end... otherwise the long bar will lift up at the lighter end! Ok once some weight is on each end mind you. Secondly the single foot at the other end is very substantial but it is only one foot and not a nicely spaced twin giving you a more secure feeling. But again for the price it’s what you would expect and if your sensible on the bench and use it within its weight bearing limits then it’s no problem and you wouldn’t know it’s a single leg supporting you. I didn’t use the leg extension fitting so can’t comment. But for sensible bench pressing and as an incline bench for dumbbell flies, curls and presses it is excellent.... you don’t see many benches for this price that do that.Read full review

Very good quality & sturdy build. Easy to assemble, very compact when folded. Would have given 5 stars but being 6ft'5" the bench isn't quite long enough to lie down on & get into a good position under the bar due to the leg extension at end getting in the way, will be fine for anyone 6ft or under though. Overall very good!

it ok but not very sturdy could do with a T-Bar under the leg position fo stability as while using the bench it slightly rocks from side side good start up bench for a novice but doesn’t feel very safe
