I've purchased from this company before a few times and its always been smooth. According to FedEx, only 1 tracking number was provided for 2 items and since 1 was delivered its no longer thier problem. FedEx was no help, the supervisor I spoke with was extremely rude. I've reached out to swag a couple of times and got one response. I responded 24 hours later and nothing still.

My only complaint is there was some powder coating chipped off one of the corners. Appeared to be a shipper problem. The box was slightly damaged on that corner. It's a mag Hy tech aluminum oil pan so I wasn't worried about it. Granted it sat on the shelf at home for over a month before I discovered this. I run this truck as a hotshot driver and ordered ahead to have the part waiting when I was able to come off the road. other issue other than it being the wrong item is that I cannot get seller to respond . Spent two days trying to communicate ,several pictures as well as messages. NOTHING for a response.
