Only if he haven't used UPS for shipping it, as they had cost me an arm & a leg (200 euros more) for their paperwork to arrange the delivery with the customs here! But that is no fault of the seller! Just it would be good to say that uses that specific courier as at some countries its the most expensive one for "importing jobs" that they have to do for final delivery! ;)

Excellent service. I was nervous about such a high value item over ebay but need not have been. The unit arrived slightly ahead of time and was completely surrounded in high density foam, in a large, clearly marked box with the suppliers logo on the outside. The unit was exactly as described and performed perfectly, with a full years calibration certificate. Very pleased and would fully recommend this seller.
