The item was ok but delivery was rubbish. Order stated 48hr tracked delivery to be expected 2 to 4 October but arrived on 7 Oct.Need to state accurate times as its no good if time is important

Hi I am sorry to hear your parcel was delayed. Your order was dispatched on time on the 2nd October and collected by Royal Mail that afternoon but for some unknown reason it took them two days to scan your parcel into the network and a further 3 days to deliver it. This is well over the Tracked 48 Time Frame and we can only apologize. We are contacting Royal Mail to file a claim and complaint regarding the late delivery.
