    When my hat arrived, it was not what I had ordered. Upon reaching out to the seller asking if I could return it, he asked if I would send a picture of the hat received. I felt that this was a reasonable request because in today's world you just don't know! Once he received the picture, he was beyond gracious in making it right. The hat is of a very good quality and it was in perfect condition. I would not hesitate ordering from the site again and the recipient of the hat is beyond happy.

    Was 11 days and 4 messages before they shipped my item and when they finally answered they blamed it on usps! We can see as buyers when sellers ship and when they just make a label. Then when I finally received the items, they sent the wrong colors and never answered when I messaged to try and get this straightened out. Never again will I order from this seller. I like to get the items I order and on time. Most of all get an answer when I question .... No more. No thanks
