Item delivered not same as advertised. Supplied in plastic bag with no markings, also ribbed like others on Ebay, I suspect it is an imitation of the one shown, feels uncomfortable in the hand too. Worked okay, I hope it is as good as the one advertised which I previously bought many of, for self and gifts to family. I cannot rate its durability as only used once, but dropped one star for not being item advertised and shown in the picture.

Did not receive the item pictured.
The item I received was not the one shown in the picture. I had bought a few of those previously and they have lasted us well. This new one came in a plain plastic bag, and has ribs down the side by the wire, it therefore feels strange to the touch. It also feels like a lower grade of plastic for the handle, not smooth like the original. Otherwise the design is very similar, and so far it does the job like the original. The original (with Mouse packaging) I would award 5 stars but I have been critical with my scoring as it was the one pictured, in the packaging that I ordered, and I was sent an alternative, and in my opinion inferior copy.The item I received was not the one shown in the picture. Brilliant cheese slicer!
I bought one of these slicers for myself and it was brilliant and made cutting cheese so easy. It was so good that this is a review on the second one I bought. This one is for my 80 year old Mum and she also says how it is so much better than using a knife, less chance of cutting herself and nice even slices. The fact that I got another one for my Mum says it all ... great item and I highly recommend it.I bought one of these slicers for myself and it was brilliant and made cutting cheese so easy. It was so good that this is a review on the second one I bought.
