Amazing seller.Polti fav 50 is a good machine, absolutely essential for those who have carpet floor. Not only clean but disinfects with its high temperature steam, making me sure that bacteria, insect's eggs, viruses can't survive.On the carpet I use the steam first, to reach an higher temperature on the floor.About precision tool I saw that it looses in power after a bit hence, I wait a minute for harsh dirt.Waitrose water 5L bottle has 8.9 French degrees.Demineralised water corrodes the boiler

Not their fault but the Polti had a problem, company unpacked one in warehouse to check what it should do, I sent a video to show the problem, they confirmed the problem and then sent a replacement, collected the first one, all sorted the next day. Amazing service, second to none. Lots of email contact, very quick to reply. Felt very supported.

Great features, simple to use
I have only had a change to use it twice so far. On the lounge walls (wood burning stove so smoke/grease). brilliant much faster than hot soapy water hand wash. Brilliant in the bathroom for loo and grout cleaning. I thought the floors were clean until i used this on them. only found time to have a quick go on the oven but in a few minutes had managed to remove some long standing grease stain from the side of the oven.Cant wait to use it again, a reconditioned machine which appears new!
