My Item was due on the 26th Jan, but it's now the 4th of Feb. Had to contact them only to find out that they said they had a lot of orders and my delivery would take another week. They should've been to ones to contact me. Now I found out they're using EVRi, (Formally HERMES) the worse delivery company ever. I'm really disappointed, supposed to be for my daughter, now she's really upset. I really hope it arrives soon & really hoping that EVRi don't end up leaving it outside as they have before.
