Laptop looked great and worked for a day but then started overheating when closed. Lenovo offered no solution to fix or replacement, instead said to just send it back. Had purchased on sale vs other options, warning to others not to purchase from here as they won’t fix your issue!

The item i recieved was defective. I recieved a damange product. The threat was coming off from both straps, when adjusted - it would snap more fibers. Take a look at the pictures. I tried to contact them and they ignored me for almost 3 days, would need to notifly paypal soon lets hope they respond soon shame that this is from Lenovo Canada's legit ebay store.
