The item arrived surprisingly quickly with Australia Post across half the globe (almost literally) to Iceland. I made another order at the exact same time from the U.S. (which lies much closer geographically), and that item is still in transit. The small shipping box (from Australia Post) had no damage whatsoever and the item is exactly as shown in the photo in the original item listing. I thus deem this transaction to be a major success. Seller was totally unprofessional and not even able rot reply when I reached out seeking a solution Container of catalyst was inappropriately packaged . Seal on bottle was broken (photo supplied) bottle was less than half full (photo supplied) I got catalyst on my hands and had to wash them immediately. They have failed to comply with Australian consumer law.
