Ordered Salt and Pepper shakers which came in a tatty looking box that looked like it had already been opened (but were supposed to be brand new), no protective packaging for a fragile item, the lid was missing on one of the pots, they looked damaged and grubby. Contacted seller for a refund which was given very promptly but seeing as there is no checking/quality control of items that are being sent out, the state of the item and the time wasted I wouldn't use this seller again
