Very poor. The unit was not as described - yes, we were expecting a non pristine item as it was sold on the basis that it was a "Sealed Return". What we actually received was a sealed return but with components that had been used. Unitial denayal that this could have happened followed by the inadequate explanation that somehow some test components had managed to find their way into a not so sealed package. Then they quibbled over replacing parts. Waste of time. AVOID.
