Received one single & two packs of two which had melted together damaging the ends, when I asked for a replacement with photos showing issue, I was asked to take a 50% refund, which I said I just wanted the replacements, next thing I know I get a full refund, not the best customer service, shalt use again ( The photos show where the plastic has got melted ring from the washers where they were stacked in packaging and obviously got hot, this doesn’t rub off and defeats the purpose of replacing
