tbh never had a problem before.....sent sizes for to blinds, on arrival NOT EVEN CUT DOWN...had to wait another week,( take them to returns outlet and PROOF the package had been sent) replacements should have been NEXT DAY delivery promised by company....Never happened ....When they final arrived 1 was cut to the correct size, the 2nd one was incorrect again 4cm to big....had to pay nearly £15.00 locally to have it adjusted.....NOT IMPRESSED communication was OK, however will NEVER use again
