Bought 2 snuffle mats clearly designed to be snuffled! After SINGLE use of my small lap dog, 2 of the loops came apart. Whilst I did NOT raise a RETURN Case, but contacted the seller; clarified that treats were NOT in the loop but easier reach area, under the loop. Response below suggests the dog being at fault.
"We can not accept the return of this as this is damaged. All of our items are quality checked and we can confirm that this isn't a fault in the item."

Hi, This is a ridiculous comment - these are made of fabric & are not designed to withstand a dog chewing the item. These are designed for treats to be hidden within & a dog will sniff around to find the hidden treats., We cannot be responsible for a dog chewing the item & ripping part of it.
