Terrible item. So angry. Arrived today, used for first time today. I only have a cockapoo and she managed to break the lock on the lead. Luckily I was in the park as had it been by the roadside it would have been very different. Such a dangerous and poor item. It looks the part but it isn’t fit for purpose. The item did arrive in time although not in the greatest of packaging. Flimsy 2nd hand looking padded envelope. Have requested refund and will just buy from pets at home in future

Does the job. The tab protecting the strap end could be attached better. In our case it came loose after two walks.

The retraction mechanism is not at all strong enough for a 15kg elderly dog. It busted in a situation where I wanted to quickly pull her away from another dog while she was about to lunge forward. I would not buy this item again and in fact threw it in the bin after buying a sturdy one from a pet shop straight after the incident. Luckily, nothing happened.
