DAB or Bluetooth?
Had the original non DAB radio until it died. Wanted a different style so went for this one with plan to use phone app for DAB. Works ok. Sound quality and volume definitely lower on Bluetooth. Also Bluetooth will only last roughly a day on am3ah battery compared to 3 days on FM. With hindsight I would have went for the DAB version and saved myself £30,

So I already own the older model, the white makita radio with dab , I purchased the new Bluetooth radio thinking well it's the newest one out it's going to be fully loaded especially for the price, but then it doesn't even have dab radio, only Bluetooth and FM radio, very disappointing,
