The box was slightly damaged in transit but all the parts were there-the parts are well labelled but I found the instructions slightly lacking but if you use the image and enlarge the the image it is easier to get the gist of it-- it is quite sturdy but is easier if two assemble it-- the drawer took the main working out the instructions were not clear on the runner assembly but none the less it is ideal for the shed or garage --i e strengthened mine with metal strips from Wickes --

Amazing service from these guys. Shortage of bolts in pack, sent the next day. However, this is not a heavy duty bench, it is a bit flimsy, lacks bracing so wobbles, the instructions lack detail and diagrams are far too small, drawer doesn’t shut properly (I am fairly experienced at diy and flat pack). You get what you pay for, I guess.
